Air conditioned room offered comfort during hot days. The shower cubicle provided ample space, accommodating larger individuals comfortably.
Limited wardrobe space made it a hassle to store belongings. Morning noise from maid service could disturb if you're trying to sleep in, though it wasn't too disruptive overall. The breakfast selection remained constant, lacking variety for longer stays, with just standard options like scrambled eggs and sausages.

The staff are friendly, the hotel is pleasant and with particularly good location just next door to attractions and transportation, two subway stations and many restaurants and tourist sights. The breakfast is satisfactory with Portuguese food, had savoury food.

Very good location, almost in the center of the city, close to metro station (1-2 min walk). Very friendly staff, speaking most of the european languages and giving very good advices about where to go and how to reach those places. Excellent hotel for those who don't spend much time in the room but likes to see as much as it possible, I've enjoyed my stay. Muito obrigado, guys!
Rather poor breakfast - bread, processed cheese and jam, orange juice, tea and coffee. But who cares about that if you can have a cup of hot coffee in the morning and reach the center of the city in 5 minutes walk!

Location, value for money.
Room is small and breakfast basic but can't complain due to the price that we paid. Overall happy

This was a charming hotel with cosy terrace rooms. We were offered a larger room on the 2nd floor but declined since the terrace room was more unique and had it's own balcony. The owner is very friendly and offered a lot of information about the area.
It was quite windy during our stay and the terrace room accentuates the wind noise which may be bothersome for some people.

The hotel's location amazed me. Just steps from the historic center, exploring was easy. The staff here are really good, treating me like old friends. They offered great tips for local spots. My room, while basic, was spotlessly clean and had comfortable bedding. High water pressure in the shower made for refreshing mornings. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious hot and cold options, though the space felt cramped. The noise from the nearby theater was minimal, so my sleep wasn't disturbed. The limited storage in the room was a small inconvenience. I had to keep my suitcase open the whole time. The experience was nice overall, thanks to the cute atmosphere and convenient location.

All receptionists are very helpful. Location is really good, many restaurants are within walking distance. Room is quite big compared to the price.
Breakfast is a bit poor.

The location was excellent. It was a few steps from a major strip of restaurants and one block from major buses and metro stops, including two buses from and to the airport. Also, the staff were extremely helpful. The beds, while old, were quite comfortable, especially if one likes a firm bed, as I do. Additionally, the hotel has great windows that block out street noise. I had restful sleep every night. Although the hotel lacks WiFi, one can connect a laptop to the PC at the front desk and surf the web for free.
Our room (306) was extremely dated. The bedspreads were old, and even had some small cigarette burns in them. The lampshade, which was made of paper, was discolored and torn. Also, there was only one electrical outlet for use by guests, and it was located in the bathroom. The outlet only permitted the connection of a single electronic device.

Location only.
We booked one double bed room for 4 nights. Instead we got ugly 4 single beds hostel stile room for the first night and 2 single beds room for the rest 3 nights. Beds are narrow and covered with plastic protection under the sheet – very inconvenient and humiliating feeling. And you can’t take it off. Breakfast was poorest we ever had. You have to bring your own bath stuff (even soap); we had only 1 glass in room for 2, etc.
